About Frost Genius
Our story
Too many air conditioners are installed in a hurry, topped up with gas instead of repaired, and “serviced” with a quick rinse of the filter. The owner pays again and again, and the unit never performs the way it should.
Frost Genius was built to fix that. We are a team of air conditioning technicians who believe that careful diagnosis, honest pricing and tidy, well-tested work are not extras — they are the job. We would rather spend an extra twenty minutes measuring than send you a second bill for the same fault.
Today we look after split, window, cassette and ducted systems in homes, offices, shops, restaurants and clinics. Some customers call us once for a repair; many have stayed with us for years because they know what to expect: a technician who turns up when promised, explains what he finds and leaves the room cooler and cleaner than he found it.
What we stand for
Gauges, meters and thermometers come out before the toolbox does. A diagnosis based on readings is the only fair basis for a quote.
You get a written price for parts and labour before work begins. If something unexpected appears, we stop and talk to you first.
Correct vacuum levels, correct refrigerant weights, correct torque on flare nuts. Shortcuts here are what cause breakdowns later.
Shoe covers, drop sheets and a cleaning cover for the indoor unit. We take our rubbish with us.
If a repair costs more than the unit is worth, or a new unit would pay for itself in running costs, we tell you honestly.
Our technicians
Every technician is trained on refrigeration principles, electrical safety and the inverter technology used by modern air conditioners. New team members work alongside senior technicians before they visit customers on their own.
Regular training on new models, refrigerants and diagnostic methods.
Safe isolation, working at height and refrigerant handling procedures on every job.
Uniformed technicians whose name you receive before the visit.
Vacuum pumps, nitrogen kits, gauges and meters carried on every visit.
Book a repair, installation or service and judge us on the work.
