AC Servicing & Cleaning

A proper service, not a quick filter rinse.

Regular servicing keeps cooling strong, bills lower and air cleaner. Our technicians clean the parts that matter, check the parts that fail, and record how your system is performing so small problems never become big ones.

Servicing questions

Questions about servicing

Most homes benefit from a service before the hot season and another after heavy use. Kitchens, shops and dusty areas need more frequent visits.

A standard service takes around 45 to 75 minutes per unit. A deep chemical clean takes one and a half to two hours.

Clean coils and filters let the system move heat with less effort, so a neglected unit usually uses less power after a proper service.

Only when readings show it is needed — and if the charge is low, we look for the leak first rather than simply topping up.

We use drop sheets and a cleaning cover to catch dirty water, and we leave the area as we found it.
